What happens if my site goes down?
We monitor uptime and investigate reported outages. Business and Enterprise requests receive priority. We’ll explain what’s happened and the next steps, including where a hosting or platform provider needs to be involved.
What does my support time cover?
Support time can be used for content changes and help with your existing site. Starter includes 30 minutes per month and Business includes two hours. Enterprise includes the Business baseline, with the wider support scope agreed for your site. If a request needs more time or separate development, we’ll discuss the cost before starting.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes, where your website has an editing system. We’ll explain what you can update directly and when to ask us for help.
Can you look after a site built by someone else?
Yes, subject to an initial review. We’ll check the platform, access and condition of the site, then explain any work needed before we take it on.
Are new features included?
New features and development beyond the agreed support scope are quoted separately. You’ll know the price before work starts.
