Is Shopify right for my business?
Shopify is the platform we use for online stores. We’ll discuss your products, selling process and integrations first, and tell you if your requirements need a different approach.
What are the ongoing costs?
You pay Shopify’s subscription and payment processing fees directly. Any paid themes or apps are agreed as part of the scope.
Can you move my existing store to Shopify?
Yes. We’ll check which products, customers and order history can be transferred from your current platform, then agree the migration scope. Redirects help customers and search engines find the equivalent pages on your new store.
How long does a store build take?
Most builds take four to eight weeks, depending on the catalogue, content and scope. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
What do you need from me?
Your product details, images, pricing and business information. We’ll agree how your catalogue is supplied, who provides the content and what needs to be ready before launch.
What if I need more complex functionality?
Custom checkout, recurring orders, ERP or marketplace integrations, and headless or enterprise stores sit outside these packages. We’ll flag this early and discuss whether a specialist is a better fit.
